For those of you that cycle and follow a regime of taking a week off from the gym sometimes to let your CNS and body rest when do you take it?
Last cycle I had to take a week off the gym during my month PCT due to a lower back injury. Hated to do it at such a time but had no choice. But when I came back I felt 10 times better overall and was surprised how much it helped.
When do you feel is the best time, again for those that do this. Right after PCT? A month after?
No right or wrong answer as everyone is different. Just curious what has worked for others.
