The only fats I have outside of my whole foods (chicken-tilapia etc) is natural peanut butter. I only have that in a meal during the day 1bsp, and 1 tbsp before bed.
Today, my mom said my sides were looking a little bloated. I had to noticed that. I went and got my body fat measured, only 7%! Then, I had them say it may be water bloat. I was drinking 2 gallons a day on my cycle, never had much bloat. Now I am probably drinking a gallon or less a day. Any recomendations?
My first thought was... for a few days when I started cutting, I was doing a scoop of protein per meal because I am a broke college student. I only do 1 shake a day now, and that is post workout.
Weirdly, I did insanity max interval tonight, and while sweating and all that, I flexed my abs and they looked super cut. I'm just a little confused!
