    Average ordinary newbie

    Hello all,

    About me:
I'v always been in good shape since I'm constantly involved in some kind of sport. In fact I use to hate working out and just left it to sports to keep me in shape. But with age, I realized I needed to do some weight lifting or I would start to get soft. Then last year I started getting a little more serious about working out, and as it turns out I love it! Now I want to get into some serious body building before I wither up and die.

    Why Im here:
I'v read the policies and plan to read the educational threads in the next couple of days. Once I'm educated enough I'll decide if I'm actually going to begin a cycle or not. If i do, find out what would be best for me.

I look forward to meeting you all (at least the digital side of you), learning about bodybuilding, cycles, this site and its members.

    Stats:
    Age:37
    Height:5'8"
    Weight: 140 lbs
    Bf:14%

laterz ..... oh and Happy Canada day !

Yea my weight is low due to improper diet, its what held me be back in the past .. but i don't think its a lack of knowledge I just haven't ever been a big eater, I grew up poor and got use to it i guess.

But now I got the dough (me likes puns) and drive to eat better.

    Thanks for the welcome guys!
