How to cram all that food in!!!???

I'm on a 3000 calorie bulk diet, i'm using this one posted on the site:

    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat

    Meal 2: PWO Nutrition

2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat

    Meal 3: Pro/Fat

Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat

    Meal 4: Pro/Carb

Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.

    Meal 5: Pro/Fat

2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat

    Meal 6: PPWO

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat

    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat

    Meal 8: Before Bed

3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat

This pretty much hits all my macros, (maybe lessen the protein abit and add more carbs, other then that it's PERFECT).

I need help timing all of this, because i feel like i want to puke after eating that much...it's just so hard, does everyone go through this?

    my stats are currently:

    18 years old
    6'2
    76 kg
    8% BF

This diet is 3500 calories, i need 3027 calories to put on weight.

Can anyone help me organise a time where i can actually eat all of this?

My day begins at around 7/8 and i go gym in the morning always which is why i put PWO as my 2nd meal.

    thanks everyone

(Not planning to use AAS, just need advice on nutriton, thanks)

Meal 1 . Use a blender for oats then add rest if items and chug it down - 5 mins max
Meal 2. Use a shaker, personally I would drop the dextrose for oats here and blend some up at the same time as meal 1.

With the rest of the days meals you need to cook un bulk and prepare everything beforehand, like cook 4 chicken breasts at once, its quite easy , just need to plan a couple of days in advance all the time, cooked food keeps longer than fresh food anyway.
