Been on site for while,got really good information.No its my turn to shred some fat and get ripped. i will try to post everyday my progess,what i ate and what i did fpr a workout.

weight 210
training 5 years
body fat by machine 22%
goal get down to 10-12 % body fat,weigh about 185-190
please anybody that has information for me or to tell me im doing something wrong please tell me i wont take it to heart,this time i really want to do it.
