b,f i would say 14% but i carry mine b,f around my stomach and no were else really.
eating every 2-3 hours like today for example
meal 1: 5 egg omlet only using 1 whole egg no carbs?
meal 2: large chicken breastagain, this is a protein only meal
meal 3: tin of tuna with an apple not too bad but need some fibrous carbs/veggies
meal 4: chicken breast with chicken leg & some greens good, but how much???
meal 5: small pot cottage cheese not bad
so i know i am adding a couple of extras in but is this a good diet for loosing the most amount of b,f in the quikest time possible ? im only drinking water and lots of it
