Thread: my diet = only chicken & tuna to loose b,f

    Thumbs up my diet = only chicken & tuna to loose b,f

    off away for 2 weeks in 2 weeks time and have been cutting and now for the last 2 weeks of my cutting diet im just going to be eating purely, chicken,tuna & egg whites and some greens. is this a good idea for loosing b,f and maintaining muslce ??

    all good food choices but how much are you going to eat, calorie wise? when are you going to eat? how tall are you? what is your bodyfat, weight, age, etc........ all these are needed in order to answer your questions. go thru some of the stickies at the top of the diet section, they help.

    b,f i would say 14% but i carry mine b,f around my stomach and no were else really.
    eating every 2-3 hours like today for example
    meal 1: 5 egg omlet only using 1 whole egg
    meal 2: large chicken breast
    meal 3: tin of tuna with an apple
    meal 4: chicken breast with chicken leg & some greens
    meal 5: small pot cottage cheese
    so i know i am adding a couple of extras in but is this a good diet for loosing the most amount of b,f in the quikest time possible ? im only drinking water and lots of it

    you have a somewhat good idea of what you want to do, but your diet is not right at all. i am only counting maybe 1000 cals up there. go thru each meal and list macros for each food (protein, fats, carbs, cals). this is the only way to see if you are getting enough cals and macros for your body. we weigh the same and i eat twice as much as you and am losing weight. you need to figure out your TDEE and it will help you choose how many cals to eat in a day. i put you right at 2100 or so. and if you want to stay lean, cardio cardio cardio.
