    Im tired of eating being fat....I have not Motivation....need some food advice....

    Just like the tittle says....nothing that I eat taste good....what do u guys eat all day? thanks....

    you doing the rite thing, believe me, whoever taste good, is not good for you. Need to make the sacrifice, I'm tired to eat every day the some thing, I miss all the good sweet stuff, the sauce, but every time I look my self in the mirror and when i got a compliment from others its all pay back. I know there is a lot room for improvement on the taste of the food, but need to make it some how.

    i love to eat! i eat bananas, chicken, tuna, steak, grapes, brocolli, romaine, eggs, venison, fish, blueberries, strawberries, and all sorts of other fruits/veggies. sounds like you need to head over to the recipe section and check some recipes out. it will help you figure out some new meals

    5'8, 29 years, 215 lbs my goals is to be like I was before. 170, fit, with no big o gut....I don't drink or smoke but stress is up the sky....

    sounds like you need a good kick in the keister! man, you just need to get back in the gym and get after it. one thing that helped me years ago was signing up for a race/event or making a bet with some friends. go hang out/ talk with like people and you will be amazed by the motivation you can get out of it. i think you are in the right direction already by getting on here and asking the question. sounds like all you have to do is DO IT now!

    Idea: Start a new thread when you are ready with a daily log. This way the members can help to motivate you every single day and keep you on track tweaking. Keep in mind to start out you do not have to be perfect. The whole point is to change isn't it?

    well, what's your progress like? its been a week or so since you have been on here, have you changed yourself or what?
