    Progress.....4 weeks in

    32, 5'10, 202.4lbs 4 weeks into test and mast, started var yesterday

    the last picture is nearing the end of the challenge

    Lol yah I know, I'm no good at posing, the last pic was about 3 months ago and the lowest weight iv been in adulthood,

    Anybody care for a bf% guess? I think I may have stepped above 10%.

    Thanks Matt and Slimmer, it means a lot to come here and be appreciated for all the hard work put in. GB has just fine tuned my diet so hopefully should move onto the next level in the next six weeks.
