So there are all these calculators or formulas that tell you how many calories to eat but my question is how do they apply to three different types of bodies such as the mesomorph, endomorph and the actomorph ...... they cant all need the same calories
I am an ectomorph and these calculators tell me to eat 3000 to 3500 calories but that doesnt work for me i find i have to eat at least 5000 or more calories
Does any body have any info on the macros and calories for the different body types because i dont think the 1 size fits all is correct for everybody
I read somewhere on the net that a true ectomorph must eat an extra 2500 calories then a normal person (Not sure how true that is if anyone wants to shed some light on that)
