everyone's gonna tell u the samething. drop the body fat before u start. also with the bf dropped ur gonna be light for being 5'11. I'd get ur diet in check try upping the Cal's and see where ur at at a later time.

ive been doing alot of cardio lately and recently changed my diet i eat way more then i have eaten before and im gaining weight. i plan on changeing my diet to healthier foods better proteins and carbs and eat healthy. just wondering which one of those would be better for my goal or does it just depend to bodytype

I see no point in running them really. everyone recommends a test only cycle as ur first. best to wait on a vets opinion tho as I'm still learning

you definitely can loose some BF by just doing cardio no steroids needed!
but i would choose tbol anytime over winny. i love tbol, it gives you lean mass and strength and no sideds(if taken in normal dosages). My buddy took winny and his joints hurt like hell, and kidneys too.

did you find any water retention with tbol? and by normal dosages you mean like 40 a day?
