I recently wrecked my motorcycle (about 2 mos. ago) and got a tear in my right labrum (small enough surgery isn't required...yet), as well as a few other injuries to ankle and wrist ligamints. I'm considering running IGF-1 LR3 (alone, to see how my body responds) as my first cycle because of its ability to form colagen and repair cartilage. I just got back to the gym about 1 mo. ago but have only been able to go light on the weights. Before my accident I was in the gym 5 days a week and sometime doing 2 a days, so I'm no stranger to training. I'm going to wait until I hit 10% BF to run my cycle. Thinking about dosing at 60mcgs/day Post Work out or mornings on non training days for 30 days, then taking 20 days off and possibly stacking a aas or gh with the 2nd cycle.

My stats as of now:
22 - 5'10" - 175lbs - 13% BF
My diet is very clean, and I religously stick to 1.5+ g of protien per lb. and I take in about 250+ g of slow absorbing carbs daily. My fat intake is anywhere from 15-35 g a day.

I've been doing my research for about 6 mo. now on IGF-1 LR3, gotta a good trustworthy source, and now all I need is a little more info from some experienced users. Any advice, tips, pointers, or suggestions would be great!
