Hi guys, just wondering if anyone could help me out with a cuttin diet.
I'm currently training:
Monday - Back with 30 mins cardio
Tuesday - Chest with 30 mins cardio
Wednesday - Shoulders with 30 mins cardio
Thursday - 30-45 mins cardio (Usually spinning or boxercise)
Friday - Arms with 30 mins cardio
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Rest day
I've always trained without cardio but i'm looking to cut up so ive introduced cardio. I'm jsut wondering what would be the best diet for me..
I'm 15 stone (210 lbs), Aged 20 nearing 21, and 180cm tall (5ft 9in)
Any advice would be helpful.. Thanks!
