Hello guys i am new too this community i have joined to do research in AAS working out and nutrition in case i decide to to use them in the far future. Here are some stats if you guys are interested Right know my Stats are 5'8 170pounds and growing.
Bench 275 x5
dumbbell incline 100 x 8 reps for 2 sets
death-lift 3plates
and squats 3 plates parallel for 5reps however i perter high volume sets ATG
