    Couple of questions.

My chest is by far my weakest link, and I have trouble isolating it during presses, because it seems like my shoulders take over to pick up the slack. Right now my workout schedule is:

    Mon - Back/Bis
    Tues - Chest
    Wed - Off
    Thur - Shoulders/Tris
    Fri - Legs

Would moving my shoulder workout to the day before my chest workout help this? My thinking is that my shoulders will be weak from the day before, so they wont be able to help my chest as much. Is this thinking sound?

Also, throughout the day I have been doing weighted push-ups, pull-ups and dips. It's not really high intensity exercise, but could I still be overtraining?

My chest is not my best asset either. My arms are much longer than they should be for someone my height (my wingspan is 5" wider than I am tall) and my arms take over in compound pressing motions. Focus on mind/muscle connection when doing presses. Make sure you feel it in your chest when doing the workout. Also make sure you are incorporating some flyes in there. When doing them, make sure you keep the pec engaged the whole time.
