Long time lurker first time poster. Training around 15 years. I am 39. 5 ft 6 175lbs bf around 13-14%. Was a powerlifter and was pretty good at it(short levers). Family and life stuff happened and took a few years off. Got back into training last year.
Made the choice of doing my 1st cycle ever 10 days ago. Test C 500mg a week for 10-12 weeks with pct at the end. Very basic for my first time. Was 182lbs this morning. I am pretty sure that is just from eating like a horse as I have read on this board the test starts kicking in by the 3rd or 4th week.
The info and the people on this board are amazing and just wanted to say thank you.
