If u get the real ones. I had good ones couple years back but my 2nd order was bunk so i stopped.
The good ones had keifei biotech written on the blue caps for the 10iu vials, the bunk ones said "flip off"

I would say it depends on your supplier. The counterfeiters are soooo good nowdays. You have to really trust your source.
