    diet pills and diet

What sort of diet should i go along with if i take a dietary supplement like xenadrine? I know you should still eat atleast 3 meals a day and high in protein but is it like ok to have a protein shake as a meal and stay hungry? Would i be eating too little carbs to keep building muscle? How about muscle recovery, is that effected also by taking xenadrine? thanx for your help.

You want 5 meals or more a day, even when dieting. Just keep them smaller potions, more often is the key. I always get in 6 meals a day and 2 shakes, whenther bulking or dieting. Just the portion size changes.

Sounds good to me. But when I cut I usually go 3 hours between meals and when I bulk I go 2 hours between meals. The portion sizes stay about the same but some extra carbs are in there.
