The biggest challenge for me dietwise is the last 1/2 hr before I go to bed. I was thinking about taking a fiber supplement like metamucil just to feel full w/o any effort. Any thoughts on this?

What is your problem exactly? Why not just eat a meal?
Doesn't matter where I'm at in my cals and macros for the day. Just b/4 bed I go NUTS craving garbage. Diet has been spot on for a few months except for late night (I work in a bar, so I get home at 3 or 4am sometimes) total collapses. I'm talking about reeses/ben and jerrys kind of collapses. I was thinking that maybe if I chugged some metamucil b/4 I leave work it would just fill up my stomach so I didn't. Blow a whole weeks worth of discipline in ten minutes of weakness.
Whatever works, it's all in your mind.
