    Deca and Test for first cycle

    26 yrs old
    6'3"
    12% bf
    215 lbs

    I've been reading all the info I can about AAS over the past few weeks. I have looked at all the recommended cycles and and pct on the stickies. Anyway, I need some help planning my first cycle (started a cycle about two years ago for one week, but had injection/mental issues with it and decided to wait). I've come a long way since then and am much more ready to go through with it. Anyway, here's what I have in mind:

    Dbol: 30 days at 50 mg/day
    Test E: weeks 1-12 at 600 mg/wk
    Deca: weeks 1-11 at 400 mg/wk
    (two injections weekly with test/deca combined)
    Arimidex: weeks 1-14 at .5 mg EOD
    Nolvadex: weeks 15-18 at 20 mg/day
    Clomid: weeks 15-18 at 50 mg/day

    I know some of the doses might seem slightly high for a first cycle, but keep in mind I weigh 215. I also know that deca is not usually recommended in a first cycle, but is there any danger in running it? I want to get as big as possible since I am going to the trouble and expense of everything. I understand that I'm not running HCG either for my PCT, but this is because I am having trouble finding it and I want to minimize injections (two per week is already a lot to me). Finally, do quad injections absorb well? I feel like I would be more comfortable with quad injections as I passed out before from a glute injection. I appreciate any responses.

    Why oh why do a lot of people think that cycle doses are weight dependent??

    Can we start with what your diet looks like?

    Diet is pretty clean at this point. Carbs are low to moderate and calories are pretty much at maintenance level (about 3,500 or so). I cut up and lost about 25 lbs in the spring. Over the past two months or so I have slowly gained back maybe 5 lbs and gotten a decent bit stronger while maintaining bf (bench max is up near 300 now, which I consider an achievement at my height and bf naturally). Anyway, more specifically diet is:

    1. Breakfast - Scoop of whey protein in milk immediately upon rising
    about 30 min later: 3 large eggs with some whites, small glass of orange juice
    if still hungry, small bowl of plain oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda

    2. Mid-morning - VPX Zero-impact protein bar, one serving Jack Link's beef jerky

    3. Lunch - KFC grilled chicken breast and leg or thigh (no skin),
    medium serving of broccoli or green beans, medium serving of sweet potatoes (no
    butter/no sugar), one serving of plain almonds or walnuts

    4. Mid-afternoon/Preworkout - one scoop whey protein (water), one
    medium apple or banana (about 1-2 hrs before workout)
    Bowl of Kashi GoLean cereal with skim milk;
    Bowl of greek yogurt
    Directly before workout, preworkout powder with 8 oz orange juice

    *Large serving of Scivation Xtend (BCAA
    supplement) while working out

    5. Postworkout - 12-14 oz milk, one serving of Nesquick chocolate
    syrup (could be anything with sugar just for some simple sugars after
    workout)
    2 scoops of protein (whey or whey/casein blend)

    6. Dinner - Medium sirloin steak (12 oz or so) with fat cut off,
    spinach salad (no croutons) with tomatoes and minimal or no cheese and
    light balsamic dressing,
    about 12-15 asparagus spears cooked in olive oil

    7. Bedtime - Large bowl of cottage cheese (2%) with Splenda only, one
    scoop of casein protein in water, one serving of almonds or walnuts

    *I would also consume 6g (6 capsules) of fish oil each day (2 with
    each primary meal)


    My diet for the cycle though will be much higher in calories as I will be bulking. More of a clean bulk around 6,000 calories. The diet would probably be a little different than this, mainly more carbs during the day and one or two gainer shakes thrown in per day. Probably one or two extra meals.

    Have your deca for 10 weeks, and add some hcg in the cycle.

    just go with test only for a first cycle. and ur weight doesnt matter. i ran 350 test a week at 230lbs, granted it was prop though.

    add HCG on cycle, and if u do test only, do 2 weeks of clomid instead of 4. keep tamox the same

    I would stick with test only for my first cycle,to see what side efx you experience.....if you run 2 componds you wont know if you have sides from the test or deca,both of which has different but has some of the same characteristics and they are treated differntly with different compunds,i would wait till my 3rd cycle before running deca imo,thats what im doing,i ran 3 cycles of test by itself and fixin to start my 4th and i will be adding deca dn dbol to this one
