looks good dog...im the same age and about the same height..so its interesting to me what other guys our age are doing...what does your diet, training and supplements look like?
I think the thighs and abs. look great bro. especially considering that you are a pretty lean guy. Though I'm guessing your going for the "Men's Health" look, so looks good to me.

hey well i just finished cutting so im intending to bulk up now for another 2 months before summer.
my diet is based on mostly oatmeal and protein, chicken , steak, rice and potatoes. also water and milk.
im planning to cycle creatine, glutamine, and whey protein. hopefully i can gain close to 10 more pounds of muscle before i cut again

Quads look pretty good. You can tell you've been working them. Abs and obliques look great. 2 suggestions: post up some better pics (and no more nut shots) and try eating more veggies with fiber in your diet (everything else looks OK).
Good quad development and good abs there bud....
Looks alright, If i was you I would eat about 1,865 times more than you do right now though.
