    "Captain America" movie actor

what kind of cycle to yall think the Captain America actor, Chris Evans, was on when filming this movie? the movie says it gives him 'super serum'!!!! maybe it will shed some insight on how steroids aren't so bad in the public/media eye.

Isn't that the guy from Fantastic Four?

I really don't think he's that big, or even that lean for that matter.

Not every fvcking person out there, celebrity or otherwise, with some muscle, is on juice.

I was waiting for someone to post the question. It seems that every time some actor or celebrity decides to hit the weightroom for a role, he's instantly juiced up. Ridiculous. People need to understand that these actors have the best trainers and nutritionists money can buy. His gains aren't outrages, what he obtained is more than obtainable naturally. He's not that big and he's actually more cut in F4.

Chris Evans did not juice and niether does Hugh Jackman. They are both rich so they can have private chefs prepare every meal for them and hire the best fittness trainers. Also the movie companies look at the actor as an investment so they also hire these professionals for them.

Indeed. Look at what Christian Bale was able to do with his body. He was able to come off the set of the machinist at 130lbs and by the time he started filming batman he was sitting at 190.

Alot has to do with the camera angle and lighting to make them look bigger then they actually are.
