What would be considered a cheat day (per or bi-weekly) for cutting?
1. Just eating normal everyday food for that day
2. Have fast food or go out to eat for a meal (or two)
3. Satisfying your sweet tooth by eating a lot of treats.
4. Eat a lot of Italian food (my favorite)
Is there an amount of calories/fat/sugar that you should make sure you don't exceed on your cheat day?
