I'm new to this forum, been training since I was 18 and am 24 now, done 3 previous cycles.

- Not seen this little fella since he was bombing about on my Sega in the 90's.
I'm cutting down my body fat before my next cycle and thought I'd post it for a critique and you can all give me your vibes on it, see what you think:
7 am - 1 Scoop Whey with Water, 3/4 Cup of Oatmeal, 3 Egg Whites
9 am - Chicken Breast, 1pc Whole Wheat Bread
Drop the bread and replace with a natural low GI carb source
10:30 am - Post Workout shake (2 scoops whey)
Need carbs in this meal, oats please
12:30 pm - 10oz Lean Mince, 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
3:30 pm - 1 Can Tuna, 1/2 Cup Brown Rice
Add some decent fats, avocado, olive oil, nuts, seeds
6:30 pm - Chicken Breast, 1 Cup Broccoli
Bedtime - 1 Scoop Whey, Teaspoon Peanut Butter
Crap meal b4 bed... Lets make this a meat or casein meal...
I am taking 120mg of Clen a day as well as Omega 6 and a good ol' Multivitamin.
Training 4 days a week.
