Im 16 weigh 16stone around 16% bf (16 must be my number) i really would love to get down to 9/10% bf i am very detiremined so i came here for the best help possible.
So basically a diet plan and breakdown would be awesome explaining the importance of macro's and things to me to help me become like you diet kings.
