    have cfds need help getting into shape and health

    Hi all
    I am new here- 44 year old female and have been trying to change my body -gain muscle and lose fat for years.. I have chronic fatigue so that slows me down a bit- I see women at the gym that have great muscle and tone- and would like to acheive this.. I am currently taking dhea and alow dose of testo gel, that is compounded.. my t levels are 460 total and free is 89.2.. i have gotten a few muscles but seem to be getting more body hair and less muscle definination.. part of my problem is if i work out more than 30mins a day i end up getting sick. I love working out and the gym and i really want to make changes to my body..but struggling with getting the body to go along- I am not sure what direction to head, i have thought about cycling, but i am not sure that would be best for my health. -- how do women do this? and how do women with "health issues " do this.. I see ohter women in the gym and i can tell they have taken something but i am not sure what or how the cycle time works.. thanks - cb

    hi lady. you can do it. change your diet and add some exercise and you will feel better everyday...well other then the first 21 days..but you can do it. get plugged into the proper forums and come 6 months from now......just takes you and some determination. rooting for ya!

    Are you under a doctor's care? You T levels are too high for a female and your body is telling you that with the "more body hair." How much DHEA and T are you taking per day? Since you have CFS work out in a way that doesn't leave you exhausted so if that means 30 mins then that's perfect for you. Diet plays a big role in how your body responds and how you feel. How is your diet? Also have you had blood work done recently?
