I have started a new cardio program.. basically I started running on the track again, and decided to start off slow... I do one lap and then do set of push ups, sit ups, lunges.., and then repeat... SO its one lap, set of pushups,lunges,sit ups, and REPEAT for about 6 times.. for a mile and half.. and six sets of pushups,lunges,situps... Is this helpful for weight loss or should I just focus on running longer without the breaks... Any info would be helpful...
