    Question Clen Question and Dieting

Hello all this is my first post.

    My stats are so..

    Age:19
    Height: 6'
    Weight: 165
    Bf%: 9%
    is
Okay so basically this is my question. Is it alright if I take clen to help my diet and get to my goal of 6% body fat.

I have done my research on clen and I have a solid diet since I've been losing weight since I started which was at 15% bodyfat 180 pounds.

I read a lot in the diet forum and made a diet for myself and if I went on clen I think it would really help (3 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle). I also weight lift so I don't want to stay on this diet for to long. I've already been on it for 2 months.

Do you guys think this would be an alright choice if I was to speed it up with clen for the last 3% bf?

Why do you need to be at 6% bf?
That's absurd unles you're competing or something.

It's for Boxing. I know this sounds dumb but my trainer won't let me compete unless I get to that weight. And i can't go to training a lot since I have a job. So I have been dieting. I don't know if clen would be effective at helping me reach that goal though.

Can you post a pic with your face edited out? I don't get why you need to be at 6%bf for boxing because at that low of a bf% your endurance will start to suffer, which is the opposite of what you want in a match.

Exactly. Your trainer sounds deranged. Find a new one.

I can't think of any fighter or athlete who competes that lean. Even more importantly, you need some visceral fat to protect your organs. You get BBer lean, and your spleen will be soaking up the blows from bodyshots.

Are you sure your trainer doesn't just want you to drop down to a certain weight just for the weigh-in as is common in weight-restricted sports? (you do this by losing water weight then immediately rehydrating, not burning off all your fat.)

Well the thing is I have to be 160 and apparently I'll be at 6-7% BF if I get to that weight. Either way I need to lose 5 pounds for the weigh in yes. However, I don't want to try and cut weight as in water weight because I'd have to do it every time I have a fight.

If I can get to 160 pounds then I will be able to just keep my weight at that number for future fights.

And for phate I'm getting on that right now, I don't have a camera but I'm getting one tomorrow

Did you want to see my diet? I don't know if clen would help me lose weight since I'm already low in bf%. That's what I'm also wondering.

Ohhhh so you're the dummy, not your trainer.

Dude, just cut the water weight. You can cut 5 lbs in like an hour if you know what you're doing.
Hell, I used to drop 10lbs every weekend my junior year of HS for wrestling to hit 125 lbs being 5'9".
You're crazy if you think that manipulating 5 lbs of water will hurt your performance or be less safe than dropping to 6% bf.

water manipulation is key when in weight restricted sports. dont you think you would have a harder time beating someone who cut water and now weighs 170-175lbs for the fight, and you are coming in at 160lbs?
