    Bodybuilding Abdominals

I'm looking for an ab workout that is more bodybuilding based than most of these stopwatch/timed ab routines. Specifically, a routine of 3-6 exercises where I can add weight and exercise it like any other muscle... something along the lines of strength and muscle development, not necessarily definition and fat burning.
My current workout strategy: After four years of lifting, I think I understand how to achieve most of the results I want (good form, flex, diet w/macros, reps, etc.). I'm currently doing a three day split: 1 Back/shoulders/bis 2 Legs 3 chest/tris (neck/forums sometimes at the end) 4 off. The workouts have been timed for 90 min, and everything is done with a spot to make sure every set counts. The reps are usually 5-8 (occassionally 10) for main compound movements like bench, squat, deadlift, pull-downs, etc.
My strength/body stats: I've managed to increase my strength on all my maxes by at least 30 lbs while cutting 15 lbs. I'm 19 and conditioned from 4 seasons of football (rest assured I know the difference between football lifting and bodybuilding). For those who want to know my specifics for reference, I'm weighing in at 200, I don't know my bodyfat %, but I'm 6'2'' and have abs about to show up. I think I'm at a low enough body fat, I just need to train abs (I do them scarcely on my own). I'm on my 7th week of an oxyelite cycle, with one week left. For an idea of my strength, I'm squatting 365 about 6-7 times (going to slightly above parallel, knees bent 90 degrees), benching 315 6-7 times, and doing lat pulldowns with 270 for 5-6 reps. all of these are with a spot though going to failure and the spot is probably only 5 to 10 lbs of assist at most.
The ab workout I'm looking for: If anyone knows an ab routine that I can do on my off day (or at the end of day 3) where I can do 3-6 weighted exercises properly and get complete ab definition (and by definition, I mean build them up to where they will pop out more). Once again, my diet is consistent and my bodyfat is low enough to where i can see most of my abs, I just need a workout to build them up.
If anyone can help me with my routine, I'd greatly appreciate any help.

If you're squatting 365 for reps at 6'2, 200 lbs, you should have abs showing very well....I'm 6'1, 215ish, 10% bf, and my 1rm is around what you are doing for reps on all your lifts. I work out core muscles once a week in isolation. They are killed every time I do squats, deads, bench, pullups, etc. This tells me: your height or weight is off- you have to be at a pretty low BF to be able to accomplish those lifts (simple physics, you can't have 160lb of lean body mass at 6'2 and be repping those weights) and if you're 6'2 200 10% BF, your abs will be pretty cut, youre lying about the weight your moving(either the weight or the form used to do the lift isn't correct-half assed reps)

I'd post a picture. And most people who say their diet is on, and ask for ab help, are lying about their diet.
