My new cycle! Give me your opinion.. I need help

i'm going to have 12 weeks cycle :

1-12 500 mg/week SUSTA
1-11 200 mg/week deca

to keep estrogen under control i think to take 0,25 mg ED of ADEX

from week 15-18 PCT with clomid+NOLVA

500 iu of HCG during cycle, EW

what do you think about?

seems like a pretty standard/solid cycle.. some stats and goals will help us know if its right for you
The deca seems a little low, most ppl and literature recommend 4-600mgs/wk+
At what doses are you doing PCT?

i'm 27
i did my lat cycle 5 years ago
in the past i did only 3 cycles ( 1 test- 1 deca+test - 1 winny+primo)
i train hard for 10 years, 5 years ago i also did a contest.
i want to make this cycle for bulking and i want to control bloating and gyno, because in the past i felt a little bit of gyno

now i'm 75 kg at 10% with my six pack visible ;-)
from september i'm going to start bulking diet and cycle !!

about low dose of deca, i know 200 mg is the min. i want to do 300 mg but i have only vials of 200 mg....so maybe i can run 400 mg but i think is too much
about hcg i read a lot of different opinion and now i really don't understand what to do...i think i have to starst day after last pin of T ...for 3 weeks and then start PCT for 4 weeks ( clomid+ nolva)

I would do 500mgs/week of test E or C and 250mgs/week of deca and if you want you can throw in dbols to kick start the cycle.

the problem is that i have deca of 200 mg each vials...so how can i use 300 mg?
i can run all 12 week at 500 mg of Susta + 400 mg of Deca...but i think is too much gears....no??
