Honestly bro, I think anyone who says you have to meet a certain criteria to do a cycle is full of BS....Again its like the academia world, they make certain degrees nearly impossible for one to achieve so it keeps their credentials special.
Yeah, cause getting down to 15% bodyfat is "nearly impossible to achieve"Many guys on here, its their claim to fame or what makes them feel special (which nothing is wrong with this). But to tell someone you are not ready for a cycle because your body fat is not below 15% is comical to me Power trip....
It has nothing to do with a power trip, basically if you are over 15% bodyfat you have very little knowledge and/or application of basic diet, cardio and training principles and more than likely are nowhere near ready to add additional hormones into the mix.My cousin, 6'5 320lbs fat ass at what point started a cycle and had fantastic results. This day he has continued multiple cycles and has got to be down to somewhere around 15% bf and its changed his life. Had other friends with off and on training experience but, nothing special, maybe 8 month straight training periods tops. One in mind is still juicing to this day and looks fantastic, motivated him to stay in gym.
Again, a person who needs steroids in order to motivate themselves, another prime example of someone who shoud never touch them If you want to juice, juice...Eat healthy and work out and you will see results
Anyone following this advice wont ever be above 15% to begin with....if your 300lbs it just might take you longer
