    Hi all, new guy from United Kindom

    Hi everyone,

    Im 30years old, 168 pounds and 5'9 tall from United Kindom. Im on here trying to look/gain information about a possible HGH supplements which would be good for me an which would be safe an what people have tried in past . I lack very low knowledge so i hope to learn alot from people on here.

    from what i ahve read on a few threads on here, an what other friends using this site have told me, everyone using this site are really cool and very friendly.

    Thanks everyone, and would be very greatful for in info offered.

    thanks guys.

    jus a quick one guys, i have been looking for some threads on HGH stuff, but cant seem to find any, i have even tried the search bar, keeps coming back empty with no results found.

    any ideas of what i should be doing, or what i should be searching for when it comes for info on HGH stuff?

    hey, thanks for the links an help guys. but still after reading through allthose threads the last day or so,am still confused to where to go an what to use.

    sorry guys, but am a complete novice at this stuff, never used anything in the past just trained hard an eat what ever i felt like, but over the years, my training has cut down an eating still kept going an going......lol

    am not saying am over weight at all, jus lost muscle an gone slim, but wit a flabby belly, starting to get slight man boobs, an jus the whole body definition is changing very fast.
