trying to lower my bf no clue about diet.

i have been working out for over 2 years. im 23 years old and im 5'10'' and 210 lbs with 17% BF... i do eat alot of meals 6-7 a day and i take alot of protein around 300 g but i dont keep record or carbs and fat and thats why i gained some fat i guess... so i wanna drop it to less than 10 %
i was thinking of really a strict diet with high protein and low carbs and no fats and do 1 hour of cardio every day and 1 hour of swimming
also maybe after few weeks into the diet i will add the Anavar + clen + t3 mix
i did research on them and posted on steroids section many times and i got that part ready just the diet part..... do u know which diet suits me ???
how to organize it ? plz i need help
thank u all and god bless u

There are hundreds of diets posted in this section that you can reference and learn from. Nobody here is going to write you up a diet, that I can guarantee.

Research, then post up a proposed diet. Put the time in, do the foot work, then we can help you sort it out from there.
