How much testosterone is needed to maintain natural levels?

Now I realise this may be an old question and i have found threads online discussing this but a lot of them are up to 10 years old so I'm interested in current opinions.

Basically it is a two part question, and if people could help with either that would be great.

Firstly, how much Test E/C would be needed per week to bring up test levels to that which the average 30 yr old male could achieve naturally?

Secondly how much Test Undecanoate (andriol) would be needed per day to achieve the same results?

Just to clarify, I'm not talking about what is good or not good for gains, just to keep test levels in the 300-500 range. (albeit synthetically)

    Thanks.

I've heard/read multiple times that the average human male produces roughly 50mg of testosterone a week...about 7mg per day.

100mg/week is pretty standard for what a doc would prescribe for TRT.

most TRT transdermal systems deliver around 5mg a day to provide for roughtly 500 to 750ng. Test c or e at 50mg/wk will keep you around that as well.

since you said "natural" instead of "optimal" then we are not talking trt

agree with yungone above... about 50mg/week is in a "natural" range.

I've read 50-75 mg as well, which would equate to roughly 70-100mg Cyp a week

To get 50mg a week of test you would need two or three times that of test E or C.I would think you would need at least 100mg a week of test E but 150 or 200mg would make you feel much better.

Yep ^^^^ I dont know of any meds that achieve 100% efficiency, you always need to take more than x to achieve x amount in the blood.

    Thanks for the replies.

How about Andriol? Seeing as less of the drug makes it into the bloodstream i assume a higher dose is needed to achieve the same effect? So in your opinion, how many mg's of Andriol would be needed to mimic 50-75mg per week of testosterone?

As already stated by others: Your body produces around 7 mg testosterone/day. This means that you need about 10 mg testosterone esters/day (the esters make up about one-third of the stuff).

I use 10 mg Anavar/day during my PCT and I am fine.

Why not go see an endocronologist? Get the proper blood work and then the doc can tell you for sure.
