Hey everyone,
Im a workout vet but a newb to the testosterone world. I of course watched "Bigger Stronger Faster" and to say it opened my mind up is an understatement.
I really wanna try one cycle of testosterone and see how I do but I do have a medical issue, I have a fake shoulder, the actual ball of my shoulder is plastic. I have had it for over 5 years and was cleared about 3 years ago to start working out again. There are some things I cant do like flat bench, shoulder press and I cant go crazy heavy but im 35 now and could use some help gettin my bod looking better. So I dont know if testosterone is even the way I should go. So any input is welcome. I am 165 and stand 5'7 and im not sure my body fat but im sure im 11-12 percent. Like I said any and all input is welcome.
