    My Bulk diet, any thing i needa change?

    Meal 1:7:30am
    2 cups of whole milk
    2 waffles
    1 scoop whey protein
    1 banana
    supps
    1 Fish oil pill
    1 B complex pill
    1 1000iu vitamin D pill


    Meal 2: 10:30am
    4 whole eggs scrambled
    3 medium sized potatoes
    supps
    B complex pill


    Meal 3: pre workout- 12:30 pm
    2 cups orange juice
    1 scoop whey protein
    supps
    - animal pak
    - creatine
    - beta alanine


    Meal 4: post workout- 2:30pm
    1 cup whole milk
    2 scoops whey protein
    1 cup cooked white rice with soy sauce
    supps
    -creatine
    -beta alnine
    - 1 1000iu vitamin D
    - 1 500mg vitamin C
    - 1 500mg chromium picolinate
    - 5gs of glutamine
    - 3 gs of BCAAs


    Meal 5: 5:00pm
    1.5 cups of pasta
    4 oz chicken
    2 cups whole milk
    supps
    -1 1000iu vitamin D
    -1 B complex
    -1 Fish oil


    Meal 6: 8:00 pm
    1.5 cups of pasta
    4 oz chicken
    2 cups whole milk
    1 cup of broccoli
    supps
    -1 1000iu vitamin D


    Meal 7:9:30 pm
    2 cups whole milk
    1/2 cup of almonds
    1/2 cup of cottage cheese
    -1 Fish oil
    -1 1000iu vitamin D

    Change everything. I don't even want to go into critiquing it. It's a 'gain fat' type of diet, not 'gain lean mass'. Tons of whole milk, OJ, almonds... all I see is sugar and fat. Waffles? This isn't BBing food bro.

    If you take the time to figure out your macros, I think you'll see how much fat you're actually eating. Suggest you do that asap.

    you need to put your stats, can even look at it. If you 150 lbs is one thing if you 250lbs is another. and the rest gbrice all ready says.

    almost all of your protein comes from whey shakes. get some meat.

    Rethink this ASAP, not trying to be mean but this is the heart attack diet. If your looking to add LBM search threads and get some ideas and repost. Honestly, orange juice? It does nothing for you. Good luck

    Yes it does! It spikes the shit out of your insulin which proceeds to shuttle all of those 'nutrients' straight to the fat cells!
