what do you all think of this workout? i am 44 5'5" female i weigh almost 180 would like to lose 30 lbs in the next 6 months.. the catch is.. i have cfids.. and or adrenal fatigue and some "low level virius- which cause cfids" moving around my system.. i have been trying to train for years in the gym.. and in some ways i am getting stronger.. i can bench 60lbs 12 reps for 4 sets.. but i get exhausted and often sick.. thinking of changing my rotuine.. and need help .. western medicine is failing me.. thanks i saw this on some website.. i am not sure i can go that intensity.. my doc is saying no more than 20mins a day : ( my ego can't handle it.. thanks again

Mon- Low rep-HEAVY total body lifting, 20 min HIIT
Tue- 45 min Cardio
Wed- High rep-LIGHT total body lifting (plyo style) 20 min HIIT
Thu- 45 min Cardio
Fri- Moderate total body lifting, 20 min HIIT
Sat- 45 min Cardio
Sun- REST
