This will be my first log. I have cycled three times before, and have experience with the following compounds: testosterone, trenbolone, dianabol, winstrol, masteron, hgh, clenbuterol, ketotifen, hCG, aromasin, letrozole, bromocriptine, tamoxifen citrate, toremifene citrate, ifg 1-LR3, GHRP-2 and 6, and humulin R/humulog insulins. I am pretty serious about cycling and am looking to compete in untested events within a year or two. This will be my first true "bulking" cycle..
My current stats as of this morning are:
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 236lb
Bodyfat: below 10%, about the same as my avitar (the avitar was taken when I weighed around 215lbs though)
Age: 26 years
Goals with this cycle: gain 30-40lbs, while only gaining 1-2% bodyfat
Tenative cycle layout:
week 1-14 sustanon 300mg/ml (normal formula with 50mg of extra prop): 300mg EOD
week 1-13 nandrolone deconate 300mg/ml: 240mg EOD
week 1-4, 9-12 anadrol 50mg tabs: 75mg ED (25mg 3 times a day)
week 1-4, 9-12 humulin r insulin 10iu 3 times per day, spaced out 4 hours
Indefinitely taken: HGH 4iu everyday, 1 hour before breakfast (elitropin green tops)
Indefinitely taken: igf 1-LR3 40mcg post workout
Tenative post cycle therapy:
week 1-4 humulin r insulin 10iu 3 times per day, spaced out 4 hours
week 1-6 tamoxifen citrate 20/20/20/20/20/20
week 1-6 toremifene citrate 60/60/60/60/60/60
week 1-4 aromasin 25/25/25/25

cruise on 250mg of test cyp per week.. i'm going to make this decision within a few weeks
