I'm trying something new tried Deca a few years back and got a bad case of Deca Dick. Gave it up got a chick and got soft and lazy!!! Got in better shape 28y/o 5'10" 190 20% (respective) ready to train again. Being a rooke in this department was looking for some guidance. I came up on HGH and Equipoise, wondering a few things...
1. Can I use both in a combination or stack.
2. What should my amounts be. Bothe daily for the HGH and Eq??
3. Dietary and daily needs. sleep, calories etc...
