First Enanthate cycle, 250 mgs or 500 mgs per week?

I was wandering if my first cycle should be 250 or 500, i'm 5' 8" 125 lbs. Your answers will be very appreciated.

And most of you guys are buying online or from someone you know? There is so much sites out the claiming to sell good stuff it really sucks.

    Thanks

we dont talk about sites to buy on here.
And at 125lbs your body in not ready for steriods you can build a ton naturally with a proper diet and training

We read your diet on another thread, it's not proper. I'm not trying to knock you or anything either. You need to hit up the diet section and stay away from steroids.

Ok mate I'll answer your question, if you use steroids for 2-3 month your going to put a few pounds of muscle your going to look good all the girls are going to comment on the change but when you come off steroids because of your lack of proper diet and because your body isn't able to maintain the new weight your just going to loose it all in a matter of 4 weeks. Everyone here is giving you good advice because they have seen it all. Learn how to diet

Even if his diet was spot on (and it isn't) he hasn't been lifting very long. He could easily tear a tendon on cycle just because they don't develop faster on cycle.

Ok so let me give you a little bit more details, i work only 6 months a year and right now i'm off until November so all i do is watch tv, and hang out with my friends on the weekends so if i wasn't training i guess i would burn as much calories as my cat. 2nd, i was training for about a year and a half, i stopped for about 8 months and i started again about 4 months ago. And please dont tell me to eat more, i know i have to but i already feel like im gonna explode all day long...

    Thanks for your advice.

okay so in your spare time maybe even when you're watching tv, you need to be eating (healthy and clean of course). you feel like you are going to explode from your current diet, but in time it will get easier to eat more and more. your body has to get used a bodybuilder diet and the massive amounts of food you have to eat to build and maintain lean muscle. none of us have just woken up one day and decided to eat 8 times a day, it takes time and dedication. additionally, you do not have enough training under your belt. you have gone consistently, then break, then go... it is not the way to do things. you have to get a consistent schedule and maintain that schedule of excercise, diet, and rest for id say a minimum of 2-3 years. your bones, tendons, and muscles have not been trained long enough and are not used to the strenuous activity yet. if you were to cycle you would surely get injured, not to mention you are very light for your height and have a lot of natural potential left. please dont take our advice as disrespect or even flaming you we are just giving you the CORRECT answers to keep you healthy. gym junki was absolutely right in what he said.

train your body to eat, get your diet down, and train consistently and see what your body can do

    good luck

You have all been very helpful, the reason i wanted to start a cycle WAS because i couldn't gain a single pound. My weight is 125 pound since im 18 i think. The worst for me was that i lost 10 pounds when i started training again 4 months ago! I've been able to gain it back but only what i've lost, not one pound more. But i think i get it, eat more and more gradually until im able to eat something like 6 REAL meals or so to be sure to be able to maintain my gains. Along with couple years more of training.

Steroids are not the answer for you. At least not anywhere in the near future. And in November are you going to stop working out again? If you do, you'll go back to square one. Bodybuilding and training isn't just about going to the gym or supplements you take, it's an entire lifestyle. Eating right, getting plenty of sleep, training right these things take years of work in order to get the results you're looking for.

My job is only 6 months per year, i work from november to april. And why would i go back to square one if i still train? Working doesn't affect my training schedule. And how can i send a private message?

doing a cycle without the training and proper diet is a waste of money, time and effort.

Sorry for you man, hope you will recover. 30lbs in 2 months is really huge... dont think i will grow that fast. Anyway i already bought my test e and one of my friends who i train with has been taken a lot of this for a couple years (215 lbs 5' 8"...) and he will be looking after me to be sure everything is all right.

Why even waste our time asking questions if you won't listen to the advice given? Good luck, if not, we'll be waiting for your "help me" thread.

P.S. I highly doubt your "friend" is half as knowledgeable as Gixxerboy1.

Alex, sell him the test E then. Just using steroids doesn't make you an expert on them. If your friend is willing to let you (who weighs 125lbs and has only been lifting for 4 months) use steroids, then either A) he's not your friend or B) he doesn't know what he's doing.

You've already been told what you need to do to see some gains. And none of them require the use of steroids. I guess you just wont be happy until you've seriously ****ed yourself up.

Don't worry, he's got a friend that has been on steroids for a couple years that will make sure he's alright.
