a couple of weeks ago while i was vacationing i was throwing my son around in a pool. my son weighs about 70lbs. after about the 10th throw, i felt a slight pull/pop in my lower ab about 2 inches above my penis. the pain was minimal but i knew something happened. i took it easy for the rest of the vacation. once i got back home, i started lifting and playing ball again. had some dull pain and lateral movement was tough but i worked through it. then it happened again. throwing my son in a pool (i'm a dumbass). i took another 1 1/2 weeks off from basketball but continued lifting. today i tried to play ball and the pain and stiffness in my lower ab was the worst it had been since i initially suffered the injury. i just finished my cycle of test e and will be starting my PCT in 2 weeks and i don't want to take any time off until after my pct is done unless i definitely need to. just want to know should i still lift or just try to give it time to heal? i figured doing upper body and with staining from any ab work or any basketball would be a good start. should i still do leg work? i have noticed from previous workouts that exercises such as lunges, split squats, and even ham curls seem to aggravate the injury. how should i treat the injury? thanks in advance
