diet training and cycles with doses please![]()
training from like 5-6 years but last 3 years are very intense i can say,last 2 cycles: one was in the winter when i started the HGH, just around 1000-1500mg testosterone enathate + 4-6 iu HGH,second cycle is rite now 75mg test prop,100mg masteron diprop,80mg tren acetate ED, im on my second week,but deff the long use of HGH helps to stay lean all year,sometimes i use clen or ephedrine before morning cardio
diet: 4 days zero carbs,2 days load period, on the zeros around 1.5kg beef or meat from horse,500gr fish and alot of veggies,on the load period sometimes i use slin on the first load day around 10-15iu on the second 15-20iu,alot of brown rice,potatoes,some oats
supplements: i do believe only the BCAA are the key,so around 30-40 grams of BCAA ed,some time l-carnitine or caffeine but thats all
training: thats the hard pard,on the zero carb days everymorning different cardio 40-50min,bike,running,steps or anything else i can think of it just need to be diff,in the early nite is my training,when i enter in the gym i only know what bodyparts i will train,its not important what exercises i will do when i want to lean,im just making sure its super sets with around 10-15 reps first exercise and the second one should be till im dead,training is around 40-50min..one more think i train the abs like any other muscle with 10-12 reps heavy,also i do not understand wy people aways leave it for the end of the training? i do them in the beginning this year and it helped me alot,it really depends everyone is different but very fast,super sets hard training till u see ur sweat on the floor is my favorite
