My new favorite post-workout drinks are these

-Good sized scoop creamy Peanut Butter
-8 to 10 Ice Cubes
-10 grams creatine monohydrate HDT Brand
-10 grams Glutamine peptide
- 9 grams Optimum Glutamine
- 2 scoops Optimum Chocolate Whey
- 2 scoops Pro-Rated Vanilla Whey
- 2 cups Skim milk
- blend until mixed
(makes 2 servings, I split it with my wife)

-80 grams (5 scoops) Orange or Riptide Rush Gatorade powder
- 8 to 10 Ice Cubes
-10 grams creatine monohydrate HDT Brand

- 2 scoops Pro-Rated Vanilla Whey
- 2 cups water
- blend until mixed
