    Question Newbie *big guy* want to know whats best for me

    Hi, Im 6,1...285 lb...23...Mostly fat...Im going to be doing a body fat test on monday, Ive been in the gym now religiously a month, not that much time prior


    BE BRUTAL IF YOU NEED TOO...Ive been on the site for the past couple days doing alot of research and weighing out things common sense-wise

    I notice alot of members are trying to gain the MASS, I already have it, So couldnt I figure out a diet-training program werein a couple months down the line I can start taking cycle to define my muscles

    BTW, not here to BS I am a young, newb who wants results as quick as possible
    So with that said dont mind the BRUTAL comments, however I would greatly APPRECIATE and USE the CONSTRUCTION

    welcome and first and only thing you need right now is diet and cardio. you need to figure out your daily calorie burning and then subtract 500-700 calories a day to lose exactly 2-3 lbs a week. sound like little and it sounds like it will take forever but if you do it right youll lose 3 lbs a week of pure fat and youll be surprised how quick your body changes when done like that.

    i agree ans welcome.

    We have a great diet section here. There is alot of info on loosing weight in there. Yes if you goto the steroid section most are trying to gain. But go in the diet section post up what your typical diet looks like for a day and lets get started.
