Hi, Im 6,1...285 lb...23...Mostly fat...Im going to be doing a body fat test on monday, Ive been in the gym now religiously a month, not that much time prior
BE BRUTAL IF YOU NEED TOO...Ive been on the site for the past couple days doing alot of research and weighing out things common sense-wise
I notice alot of members are trying to gain the MASS, I already have it, So couldnt I figure out a diet-training program werein a couple months down the line I can start taking cycle to define my muscles
BTW, not here to BS I am a young, newb who wants results as quick as possible
So with that said dont mind the BRUTAL comments, however I would greatly APPRECIATE and USE the CONSTRUCTION![]()
