Ok I been cutting since early summer.Always been built like a powerlifter and was.Never been cut now thanx to Cros diet I lost a lost of fat.No weight just size.I am more vascular now than I ever was.Almost got a 4 pack.Now I got wife on my butt for gettin to small.No not down thereWell I still some on my midsection.But I was thinking of trying to put on some size before I fade away.I was thinking of raising my cals slowly from under 2000 to 3000.And running baselines Hyper/power routine if he would be so nice to send it to me
I tryed that lbm thing and it kicked my ass.OK I suck at things like that.I was the guy who had friends over for Xmas so they could put my kids toys togeather.A small price to pay for the dinner I would cook
I am 52 5ft 9 230 Diet not set up yet.But will consist of whole wheat pasta beef deer meat brn rice and grenn veggies.Oncne I figure the mac out.I will post it.So wat you think?
