I'm sure I'm gonna have some sinful moments, but generally I pull stuff away if I know it isn't good, like white bread or a ton of preservatives. BF for sure, but when I have BF, I also get some nice weight elsewhere, yet proportionately not right.
Kasha brand granola or flaxseed granola
I like yogurt with pro biotics and fat....
not much into fat free stuff 
. Greek yogurts....
usually Dannon or Yplait
Granola bars or fruit/nut bars with cane sugar
provolone or fresh mozzarella
Hamburger without bun or
with whole wheat when I crave it
Salad with
bleu cheese ...ugh! I know! Or oil vinegar
Chicken masala....usually a buffet, so fresh salad with yogurt dressing, chickpea stuff with....

Mexican is usually fresh tacos..mexican style with onion and cilantro and
corn tortillas siempre....help?
