meal 1: 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 50g oats, teaspoon PB, half pint skimmed milk
meal 2: tin of tuna, 1 large banana, black coffe

meal 3: mackrall fillet, 4 heads brocoli
meal 4: skinless chicken breast, mixed veggies
meal 5: half pop cottage cheese
i eat every 2.1/2 - 3 hours, my goal at the moment is to trim my b,f right down before i start my cycle of propionate & anavar then once the cycle starts i will include more carbs & fats as my goal will be to add only lean muscle mass.
