Hi guys,
this may seem stupid, just wanted to know if its happened to anyone on here
so, im bulking taking around 400g to 800g of carbs (the 800 being on days i train lagging body parts ane the 400 is rest day) the protien is around the same all very clean and im eating around 100g fats a day mix of nuts, fish oil and from steak.
im sitting around 259lbs at 6ft 4
cycle is
test e and tren e
in week 6 of cycle
doing 20min cardio 2 x per week.. quite standard for bulking??
so how can i be getting more and more cut? i always swell up when i eat carbs
i just dont get this game at all!!
