25 yrs old, 5'11", currently 174 lbs. Been working out and dieting seriously for a little over 2 years.
Started out wanting to be the skinny kid with abs, that has slowly changed into wanting a more full physique while still be pretty lean.
March 09 - Been years since I touched a weight in this pic, started working out day after. Weigh 170 here.
After several cut and bulk cycles over two years, I've been as low as 159 and as high as 186. This is me July 10th after I finished my cut, sitting at 170-171ish.
I'm 174ish now and I can get to around 180 pretty easy naturally, so I plan to do that first. But once I hit 180, I want something to take me to the next level. Wanted to do test/tbol on my first cycle, but everyone here says 'test only' first cycle so I'll probably go with that.
I don't care to have my abs get a little blurry with weight gain, its almost end of summer here and I want to get a jump start on gaining mass this fall/winter then start cutting again Jan 1st.
Questions:
1) If I only do test-e 500mg a week for 12 weeks, should I front load? I'll have a little bit left over if I don't, which is why I figured I should just go ahead and use what I can.
2) Is nova 40/40/20/20 good enough for a cycle of just straight test? I know I'll lose some weight due to water during pct, but I want to do this right and keep what I can.
3) HCG needed during this? I read that it doesn't hurt, so I'll probably get some unless majority opinion is that it isn't needed. When should this be run during cycle? I read anywhere from whole cycle, to last 8 weeks stopping short of pct, going into pct, etc.
