    Wholegrain Rice Vs Brown Rice?

    Is Wholegrain rice same as brown rice, I am getting sick of brown rice as i cant seem to cook it properly, I am thinking of buying microvavable wholegrain rice.

    i would like to to know what you guys think about it>?

    Depends on what kind of rice it is, that's all. Whole grain indicates just that - the whole grain is used, i.e. it still contains the husk and isn't stripped of nutrients (white rice). There are tons of different varieties of rice though... brown, red, wild, etc. Endless really.

    Yes both are same. Brown rice and white rice have similar amounts of calories, carbohydrates, fat and protein. The difference between the two lies in processing and nutritional content.

    They are usually the same thing (i.e. whole grain brown rice).

    Get a microwaveable cooker from Amazon, cooks it absolute brilliant, I'll find a link later.
