Protein - lean canadian bacon, protein shake smoothie (protein blend, cottage cheese, ice, be creative). Carbs - I love oats so i'd be good every single day with them, but you can go with a really good quality brown bread (toast) like ezekiel and spray it with 'I can't Believe it's not Butter' and add some sugar free jelly, something like that.
Hell, i'd just do canadian bacon and eggs on brown toast.
3 weetabix, 200g egg whites and 1 cup of lactose free milk, after oats and whites for so long it really is a revelation, not everyday for me mind you, more of a treat.
macros: 36p 57c 2f 512cals with skim milk.
Try making pancakes, this is what I've been eating for breakfast lately and it's delicious:
1 whole egg
1 cup egg whites
1 cup ground up oats (I just use a blender)
Splash of vanilla
Splenda
You can make a bunch on the weekend and stick them in the microwave for during the week. Add some zero cal maple syrup makes them better.
^^^MAGIC! I eat them almost everyday too. Also I add 1 cup of cottage cheese which helps to make more fluffy.

Pork loin, round steak and grilled chicken. I throw these inside an omelette w/ a small cinnamon/banana pancake. Let me clarify; i don't use all 3 meats at once. It's one of the 3 in a single omelette. Peanut butter on toast is a favorite as well.
